• Warranty according to announced period for each product type (Private, Shared, Upgrade, License)
• Technical support during warranty period via Messenger, Zalo, Telegram
• New account replacement if old account has issues from provider
• Warranty not applicable for user errors or term violations

7. Refunds and Returns

7.1. Refund Conditions

• Product not working due to provider error (applies to warranty types only)
• Product not as described (wrong type: Private/Shared)
• Request within 7 days of receipt for Private type
• Account not used or changed (not applicable for owner upgrades)

7.2. Refund Process

4. Receive refund within 3-7 business days

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website including text, images, logos, designs belong to License Zone Store or are legally licensed.
