Step 1: Choose Product

  1. Visit License Zone Store homepage
  2. Browse product list in "Featured Products" section
  3. Use filter to find products by category:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Canva & Design
    • Cloud Storage
    • AI Tools
    • Entertainment
  4. Click "View Details" to read full product information
  5. Check price, duration, and supported features
Tip: Read product description carefully to choose the right license for your needs.

Step 2: Add to Cart

  1. On product detail page, click "Add to Cart" button
  2. System will display confirmation notification
  3. Click cart icon at top right to review order
  4. Check product name, quantity and price
  5. Can change quantity or remove product if needed
  6. Click "Checkout" to proceed to next step
Note: Cart will be saved in browser, you can return later to complete order.

Step 3: Fill Payment Information

3.1. Customer Information

  • Full Name: Enter full name (required)
  • Phone Number: Mobile number for contact (required)
  • Email: Email address to receive account information (required)
  • Address: Contact address (optional)
  • Note: Special requests if any (optional)

3.2. Choose Payment Method

VietQR (Recommended)

  • Scan QR code with banking app
  • Auto-filled transfer content
  • Fastest processing (1-5 minutes)
  • No transaction fee

PayPal

  • Payment with international cards
  • Auto USD/VND conversion
  • Processing fee: 20,000₫
  • Process in 5-15 minutes

Cryptocurrency

  • Support BTC, ETH, USDT
  • Real-time exchange rate
  • Processing fee: 2.5 USDT
  • Process in 10-60 minutes

Step 4: Complete Payment

4.1. Payment via VietQR

  1. Click "Pay Now" after filling all information
  2. System displays popup with QR code
  3. Open banking app and select "QR Transfer"
  4. Scan the displayed QR code
  5. Verify transfer information:
    • Recipient: DUONG NAM PHONG
    • Account: 49888688666 (TP Bank)
    • Amount: Match with order total
    • Content: Auto order code
  6. Confirm transfer on banking app
  7. Take screenshot of bill for verification (if needed)

4.2. Payment via PayPal

  1. Click "Pay via PayPal"
  2. System redirects to PayPal
  3. Login to PayPal account or guest checkout
  4. Enter credit/debit card information
  5. Confirm transaction
  6. Return to website after successful payment

4.3. Payment via Cryptocurrency

Supported: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20/ERC20/BEP20/SPL)

  1. Choose "Cryptocurrency" method and click "Pay Now"
  2. System displays popup with following steps:
    • Select cryptocurrency type (BTC, ETH, USDT)
    • For USDT: Select network (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, SPL)
    • System automatically fetches real-time rate from CoinGecko
  3. Copy displayed wallet address (shown after full selection)
  4. Open your cryptocurrency wallet (Trust Wallet, MetaMask, etc.)
  5. Make transfer:
    • Recipient address: Copy from popup
    • Amount: As displayed (includes 2.5 USDT fee)
    • Network: Match your selection (important!)
  6. Screenshot transaction hash (TXID) for verification
  7. Click "Confirm Transaction Success" after transfer

Important Notes:

  • Double-check wallet address and network before transfer
  • Wrong network may result in lost funds
  • Gas/transaction fees paid by buyer
  • Crypto transactions cannot be reversed

Step 5: Receive Product

5.1. Order Confirmation

  • Receive order confirmation email immediately after payment
  • Email contains order information and order code
  • Check information and contact if any errors

5.2. Receive Account Information

  • Time: 1-24 hours after payment
  • Method: Sent via registered email
  • Content: Username, password, usage instructions
  • Security: Information encrypted in email
Important: Check both inbox and spam folder. Save account information securely.
